A small Chinese pale celadon or white jade carving of a recumbent cat, crouching with its head turned to dexter and its tail curled around its right haunch, 18th/19th century, 3.2cm. Provenance: Christie's, 3rd July 1973, lot 196, bought for 150 guineas.
