Description
A pair of French ormolu seven light candelabra, after the model by Andre Charles Boulle, raised on three fluted tapering feet, to a triform concave base with masked panels and three sphinx supports, to a turned column above Caesar masks and a ribbed knop, issuing six double 'C' scroll arms on two tiers, with rams' head terminals supporting ribbed drip pans and strapwork decorated holders, the central light holder with stiff leaf decoration, late 19th century 22in (56cm) h, 14in (35.5cm) w.
