Description

A Victorian turned and painted wood stave from Holyrood Palace, decorated a Royal Coat of Arms above M and VR cypher, and painted a rose, thistle and crown with banners inscribed Through Holyrood, the reverse with a shield numbered 21, upside down, 23.75in (60.7cm) l, and a Victorian painted wood truncheon decorated the Edinburgh Coat of Arms inscribed DIS. 3 No 28 above crowned V.R., 18.5in (47cm) l.
