A pair of George III silver sauce boats, possibly by Walter Brind, London 1773, oval form, leaf capped scroll handle, gadroon border, on three shell capped hoof feet, engraved with a widow's crest, length 17.5cm, approx. weight 18oz. (2) ** The arms are those which granted in 1730 to DuCane of Braxted Lodge, Essex, engraved on a lozenge for a spinster.
