Description

A set of six George III silver soup plates, by Benjamin Smith III, London 1819, circular form, gadroon border, engraved with an armorial and two crests, diameter 24.3cm, approx. weight 114oz. (6) ** To one side the crest and motto are those of D'Arcy and another crest for Marshall, Parke or Unsworth. To the opposite side the shield and crest are those of Laughlin of Ireland impaling another.
