A pair of Meissen sweetmeat figures, modelled as a gallant and his companion, dressed in a relaxed fashion and each reclining behind a quatrefoil dish painted and encrusted with flowers, blue crossed swords marks, incised and impressed numerals, 2nd half 19th century, 16.5cm. (2) Provenance: from a good private collection.
