A Meissen figure of a hurdy gurdy player, modelled by J.J. Kändler from the Cris de Paris series, wearing a yellow waistcoat and ribboned breeches, his right foot stepping off the flower encrusted base, c.1748, some damages and restoration, 22cm. Cf.
