* A Meissen cane handle, modelled as a dog stretched out on a grassy slope with one leg extended behind him, his chin resting on his front paws, painted with flowers to the sides and underside, gilt metal mount, mid 18th century, 8cm. Provenance: from a distinguished private European collection.
