A 18th century etui, unmarked, circa 1760, tapering compressed oval form, the based covered in shagreen, the interior with two silver handles, two knife blades, a fork, a bodkin, a nail file/tweezer, a pair of scissors, a pair of dividers, and an ivory ruler, length 9.3cm. Provenance: The Earl of Spencer family, Althrop, Northamptonshire.
