A Russian silver presentation blotter,
possibly by Akhimov, circa 1908,
rectangular form, engraved with birds and foliate decoration, with a presentation inscription translated as 'XXV 1883 11th May 1908 To Our Esteemed Alexander Alexeievich and Paraskovia Michailovna Bykov a fond memento from the trading house of Sergei Llyich Petrov and Co, Moscow', on a perspex stand applied with the translation, height 31.5cm.
