Description
A good Chinese bamboo carving of a Buddhist lion dog, 19th / 20th century. Sitting holding a reticulated brocade ball in one paw, and with a puppy clambering over its back, the eyes inset in glass, its coat well defined and delicately carved, 19.5cm (excluding stand). Raised on a reticulated hardwood stand. (2)
