Description

A Chinese circular dish, finely painted with a cricket clambering over leaves and fruit and with a panel of calligraphy, the reverse with a four character hall mark, 20th century, 12.8cm. In a fitted hardwood case. The poem translates as: The setting sun makes the red persimmons shine in the garden, In the early winter upon the dilapidated fences flourishing green flowers branch out.
