A late 17th/early 18th century silver bodkin,
maker's mark possibly NM conjoined with a device above,
tapering form, with an eye and slot and with a 'cup' spatula, engraved decoration, scratch initialled 'MH 1709', length 16.3cm, approx. weight 0.9oz.
