An early 17th century silver bodkin,
maker's mark of MH conjoined, possibly for Martin Hewett, circa 1620,
shaped tapering from, with a slot and eye, and a small 'cup' spatula, engraved foliate decoration, scratch initialled 'W.T', length 14.2cm, approx. weight 0.5oz.
