An late 18th / early 19th century silver snuff box,
marked R.E twice to base and once to cover, possibly Irish, circa 1800,
oval navette form, bright-cut decoration, length 8.7cm, the flush hinged cover with a gold cartouche, crested and with a monogram, approx. weight 2.3oz.
