A William IV silver archery prize oil lamp, by William Eaton, London 1835, fluted Doric form column, on a raised rectangular plinth, engraved on two sides with a bow a target and a quiver of arrows, engraved with an armorial and inscribed ' Presented by the East Berks Archery Society to William Merry Esq their honourable secretary in gratitude for his services 1835', on a detachable stepped square old Sheffield plated base, with glass oil lamp fittings, height of column on base 49cm.
