An Arts and Crafts silver buckle, probably retailed by Liberty & Co. Of scrolling foliate design and decorated with blue/green enamel panels, by Hutton, Birmingham 1903. 7cm wide. This buckle is in keeping with other designs made by Hutton for Liberty.
