A Bilston enamel étui late 18th century, painted with single figures within raised gilt cartouches on a white ground detailed in raised white flowerheads, titled 'Fidelle et Sincére', the top unscrewing as a thimble, the bottom loose from the gilt metal mount, 13.5cm.
