Description
An Edwardian silver mounted purple leather address box,
by Thomas De La Rue Ltd, London 1909 and 1910, retailed by Leuchars, Paris,
rectangular form, with a clasp, and a pencil, length 20.5cm.
Leuchars were acquired by Asprey in 1888, and the Paris Branch was taken over by M Geoffroy, of 2 Rue de la Paix, formerly manager of Leuchars, who continued to buy many of Asprey's products.
