with maker's mark of T. Pratt and A. Humpreys over-striking another, London 1782,
circular form, beaded border, the centre with an armorial shield, on three claw and ball feet, diameter 23cm, approx. weight 15oz.
The Shield and crest are those for Phillips of Wales.
