A late George III sampler, gros and petit point by Mary Tappin, February 2 1807, Newbold, worked with a verse, two exotic birds on a branch above ribbon tied flowers, other foliage, a squirrel, a moth and a beetle to a vine border, 11.5 x 12in (29 x 30.5cm).
