Description

A Chinese painted lacquer dish Qianlong 1736-95, decorated with peaches encircled by a band of lotus, the reverse with gilt flower sprays and four low feet, 15cm. Provenance: by repute, the K R Malcolm collection. For related decoration but on an Yixing teapot in the Palace Museum cf. Wang Jianhua, Yixing Zisha Wares In The Palace Museum, no.17.
