maker's mark GG, Edinburgh 1920,
cylindrical form, with pierced cut-card mounts, the terminals with the Royal cipher of George V and the arms of Edinburgh, the central band inscribed 'TOWN COUNCILLOR'S BATON', length 11.3cm.
