A late-Victorian Irish silver sugar bowl, by Samuel Le Bas, Dublin 1896, circular form, wavy edge border, embossed foliate decoration, on three lion mask capped hoof feet, with a vacant scroll cartouche, the interior of the bowl gilded, diameter 12.4cm, approx. weight 5oz.
