The upper oval shaped pearl with a gem and pearl laboratory certificate number 3858 stating that the pearl measures 9.23 by 9.81 by 12.69mm and weighs 9.22cts and is a natural saltwater pearl. The lower button shaped pearl is untested. Set in silver and gold. With rose cut diamonds. Some missing. On a fine link gold neck chain.
