A sapphire diamond and pearl set platinum floral brooch, the double flower head brooch is centred with a six sided diamond and four different coloured pearls to one side and three rectangular cut sapphires and diamonds to the other. Diamond set stem and leaves. Signed Cartier Monture and with French control marks.
