Description

A Syrian limestone scaraboid seal 8th - 7th century BC, carved with a stylized lion with tail curved over his back, an impression of the same, and an Etruscan lapis lazuli scaraboid seal, 5th - 4th century BC, carved in the Egyptian style, 2cm. (3) Provenance: the limestone seal from the Leo Mildenberg collection.
