Description

A Meissen rococo clock and stand 19th century, the ormolu and enamel dial surrounded by applied floral garlands, the base with three figures around, a young vintner seated atop, the rectangular base raised on four scroll feet, blue crossed swords marks, the clock incised 'No 572', small chips to the applied flowers, 48cm overall. (2) Provenance: from the collection of the late John Norie.
