A pair of late Regency mahogany hall chairs attributed to Gillows, the well carved shell backs on scroll supports with an oval aperture painted a wreathed castellated tower crest above initials 'GWB', to a solid seat with inner reed border, the back rails stamped 'D', on turned and ribbed tapering legs.
