Description
A gold devotional posy ring, possibly Elizabethan, with two centre vertical plain collets set with stones. The flat shank joined at the base with clasped hands and engraved gra plena ave maria which translates to the first line of the prayer:
As I kneel before you as I bow my head in prayer (take this day make it yours and fill me with your love).
