Description

A fine Chinese white jade censer and cover late 18th century, carved with elaborate dragon-head handles from which loose rings hang, the knop as an encircled dragon, the body and cover carved with scroll work and raised on three lion's head capped-claw feet, 15.5cm across. (2) Provenance: Spink & Son Ltd. This censer is recorded in a valuation by Spink & Son Ltd, on 14th June 1967. Cf.
