A pair of Chinese cong-shaped vases six character Qianlong marks but 19th/20th century, each face painted with figures beneath trees and in gardens on a coral ground with gilt decoration, 19.6cm. (2) Provenance: Mrs W Sykes, collected between 1931 and 1939.
