A Chinese small famille rose dish six character Guangxu mark and probably of the period, decorated with a quatrefoil panel containing birds, rockwork and flowers, the rim with a bright yellow sgratffito ground, the reverse with two dragons contesting flaming pearls, 16.6cm.
