A Charles I/ Commonwealth provincial seal top spoon, with a small gilt terminal scratched T W over E struck in the bowl with a crowned rose and on the stem with two marks, a crowned fleur de lys and the maker's mark of James Emery (I), Lewes 1645/1655.
