Italy, Pope John XXIII (c. 1370-1419; Pope 1410-1415), Baldassarre Cossa, lead papal bull, faces of Saints Peter and Paul, rev. IOHAN / NES: PP / XXIII, 35mm. Very fine.
Cossa was styled as Pope John XXIII during the Western Schism and is regarded in the Catholic Church as an antipope.
