Description
A Spode part tea and coffee service c.1810-15, finely painted in pattern 1709 with panels of garen flowers on a cobalt blue ground gilded with leaf tendrils and sea shells, iron red factory marks and pattern numbers to most. Comprising: a teapot, cover and stand, a milk jug, a slop bowl, two plates, 10 saucers, 13 coffee cups and six teacups, together with eight side plates, probably Coalport, from a similarly decorated service with pattern number 850.
