Description
A Chelsea rococo ovoid vase c.1765, one side painted with a maiden reclining beneath a tree before water, her dog beside her, the reverse with further figures and a dog, within panels on a warm magenta ground, the tall scrolling handles issuing from masks, 32.2cm.
