An Anglo-Indian horn, sandalwood and ivory work box, Vizagapatam, of sarcophagus shape, with engraved lac decoration the raised top with fan and ribbed mouldings, to a divided lift-out tray with two lidded compartments, plush pin cushions and a horn spool, the underside of the lid inlaid an oval plaque and with a pull-down compartment, on gilt brass ball feet, mid 19th century, 7.5in (18.7cm) h, 9.25in (23.5cm) w, 7in (17.7cm) d.
