Description
A Chinese blanc de Chine figure of Guandi c.1700, seated on a low throne with feet thrust forward in an aggressive attitude, wearing a long-sleeved voluminous robe revealing armour beneath, the reverse incised with a four character inscription which reads 'Chen-ho-chin Ch'i', probably the name of a workshop, 21cm.
