Florida - Home (Rod): Autograph letter signed concerning his trip to Jamaica, and his sojourn in Pensacola, Florida, where he records, the Governor (James Grant) had just been proclaimed, with descriptions of the land and its produce, to his cousin (addressed "Dear Sir"), Pensacola, Tuesday, October 28th, 1764, 3pp. folio, a little torn and holed at creases with loss, some show-through; and a small collection of other letters and documents, mostly relating to the Blackett family, and Lord Barrington (small collection)
