A Chinese Yixing reticulated teapot and cover 18th century, formed as a bundle of bamboo, the knop, handle and spout moulded as branches, unmarked, a small chip and restoration to the knop, 13.2cm. (2) Provenance: from the collection of John and Helen Bargolini. With paper label, exhibited Hoghton Tower, Exhibition of Chinese Tea Ware, Yixing Purple Clay, no.2.
