A Chinese Yixing prunus teapot and cover 1st half 19th century, believed to be by Shao Daheng, the duanni body applied with darker blossoms, impressed marks to the base and cover, 22cm. (2) Shao Daheng was the Senior Master during the reign of the Daoguang Emperor (1821-50). Provenance: from the collection of Peter and Susan Wain.
