A pair of Regency 9in table globes by Dudley Adams, celestial and terrestrial, each with a brass meridian ring, the celestial globe with the inscription 'AN IMPROVED CELESTIAL GLOBE By DUDLEY ADAMS Globe and Mathematical Instrument Maker, To His Majesty, AND OPTICIAN TO H.R.H. the PRINCE OF WALES, No. 60 Fleet Street London 1811', the terrestrial 'A Correct Delineation OF THE EARTH according to the most recent Discoveries, By DUDLEY ADAMS Globe and Mathematical Instrument Maker, To His Majesty, AND OPTICIAN TO H.R.H. the PRINCE OF WALES, No. 60 Fleet Street London 1810', each on a brass acanthus leaf stem and a mahogany base, 18.25in (46.2cm) h. (2) The terrestrial globe and stand in need of some restoration.
