An 18th century French silver tea caddy, probably by Claude-Isaac Bourgoin, Paris 1783, rectangular form, slide-off cover engraved with a crest, height 7cm, approx. weight 4.5oz. The crest is that of Chevandier de Valdrome, Renat, Mourir and other families.
