'Windmill' a woodblock print by Ernest Alfred Sallis Benney, both signed in pencil, image 24 x 20.5cm.
Ernest Benney studied at the Bradford School of Arts and Crafts and at the Royal College of Art. He went on to teach and head various art schools including Brighton and Salisbury. He was father to Gerald Benney the internationally recognised silversmith.
