A cultured pearl corsage by Madame Grès for Cartier, the four rows of matched cultured pearls suspend from the two gold foliate brooches, each centred with a mabe pearl within a surround of further pearls and circular cut sapphires. Both brooches signed Cartier, Paris 119972 and Grès. With fitted Cartier case.
