A 19th century Australian electroplated mounted emu egg vase,
unmarked, probably by William Edwards, circa 1860,
the slender mounts with engraved borders, Greek key handles, on a raised circular foot with engraved decoration and beaded border, on an ebonised plinth, height 37.5cm.
