A large, George I/II Scottish mounted ivory snuff mull, of waisted, upright form with a shaped hinge and an applied oval cartouche on the cover engraved with a scene depicting o o o o o o and inscribed "VICTRICI CEDAT LUX AMULA LUCI", unmarked, 1720-40, 2.9in (7.5cm) high.
