An Austrian laboratory preserved salamander specimen, in a glass jar, titled in German 'Salamandra maculosa, Feuersalamander' and 'Lehrmittel Ernst Henkel, Wien, VI., Linke Wienzeile 118, III., Kegelgasse 43', 8¾in (21.7cm) high, together with a snake embryo and part lifecycle, preserved by Henkel.
