An elaborate carved malachite cameo mounted brooch pendant, all in elaborate engraved foliate scroll frames. The main section carved with Jupiter and Juno with Mercury and the eagle. Medusa below between two nymphs. Detachable pendants. Full height 10.5cm high. Fitted case.
